Ingredients: Ashwagandha, Cinnamon, Dill Weed, Flor de Manita, Ginko Biloba, Kava kava, Lemon Balm, Lemon Grass, Mint, Moringa, Manzanilla, Passion Flower, St jhon Wort, Tila Star, Tumbavakero, Valerian Root, Vervein, White Willow.
Mode of Use: Bring water to boiling temperature add one or two teaspoons (1-2 gm) of SUPER STRESS RELIEF per cup, of water, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, strain, and add honey, if desired. It is not recommended to use aluminum containers to prepare the tea, being that it could damage the herbal properties, it is better to use stainless steel or porcelain. Drink two or three cups a day.
